This site is operated by aifirestarter (“we”, “us”), at aifirestarter.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, email us at hello@aifirestarter.com.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell it.

Enquiries. If you email us or use a “Book a call” link, we process your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, so we can reply and follow up.

The only cookies this site sets are the analytics cookies above, and only after you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. Choose “Decline” and no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interests (responding to you and running our business) for handling enquiries you send us.

We share data only with the providers that help us run the site: Google (Google Analytics) and our hosting provider. These providers act on our instructions. Analytics data may be processed outside the UK; where it is, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (currently up to 14 months). Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@aifirestarter.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
